Harry Potter : worth the hype?

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is a much anticipated film. For obvious reasons, of course. The past 4 movies have been very good, filled with drama, comedy, and "lovely" British accents.

While the 5th movie still has drama, comedy and accents, it lacks something....
Sounds vague, but the movie didn't have quite the...depth of the other ones. It feels just a bit scattered, and having read the book (but loooong ago) I would recommend reading it beforehand. Much, much sooner than I did.

I'm not saying the movie was bad; it was a wonderful movie. Fitting a 600-page book in a 2 1/2 hour movie is no easy task, and of course, things will end up on the cutting room floor. But WHAT ends up there is the important part; and unfortunately, some important things were left to sit and dust, while other things (were they even in the book?) sneaked their way in.

But that's just my opinion :)
